Participate in Ellis County Executive Committee (ECEC) Meetings

Assist the County Chair as needed

Precinct Chairs must be a qualified voter from the precinct they represent. Candidates to fill vacancies will be vetted, nominated and voted on at a ECEC meeting. Incumbent chairs will be placed on county wide ballots if the seat is contested.
